Return Policy

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE RETURN POLICY!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may* be returned within 30 days for a store credit, less the shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Please note, we are attempting to avoid being an apparel lending company. We will gladly exchange* garments; we do not refund. You must follow these steps to return or exchange:

Contact us by e-mail at CustomerService@ServerAttire.com . We will issue you a return number (RMA Number) VIA EMAIL that is to be placed on the outside of the box.** Items must be received back at our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, with all tags in place. Items must me unworn and in perfect condition. Items must come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the address provided in your RMA e-mail.

Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

* Some items are non-returnable including but not limited to hemmed pants. **We are not responsible for lost or mis-labeled packages. We recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking and/or insurance as well as follow your return instructions carefully.

Please note that custom, altered, and special order merchandise are not returnable. Again, this includes hemmed pants
